When the Beatles and Steve Jobs somehow both decided to call their company Apple , someone would of necessity be sing the song “ I ’m a Loser . ” In a Margaret Court battle over whether iPods and iTunes will still be allow to channel an Apple logo , a British judge ruled that Apple Computer has a store and a euphony thespian , and the music itself does n’t have Apple logos on it , so there ’s no trauma , no foul .
Taking a conciliative tone toward Apple Corps , the Beatles ’ society , Apple CEO Steve Jobs held out the Olea europaea offset :
“ We have always have a go at it The Beatles , and hopefully we can now work together to get them on the iTunes Music Store . ”

But former Beatles roadie and now Apple Corps managing director Neil Aspinall was plainly not glad with the decision :
“ With great esteem to the trial judge , we consider he has reached the wrong finish … We will accordingly be filing an appeal … ”
