Bekah Martinezis celebrating becoming a mom and all the changes that brings to a woman’s life and body.
On Wednesday — four days aftergiving birth— Martinez, 23, shared a mirror selfie of herself posing in postpartum mesh underwear.
“So amazing what we can do,” the formerBachelorcontestant wrote over the photo, which was posted on her Instagram Stories.
“I’ve never felt so much respect and love for my body, diaper and all,” Martinez shared, adding the hashtag “#ThisIsPostPartum.”

The proud mom also shared a solo shot of the newborn, wrapped in a cream blanket.
“4 days old and already an IG model,” Martinez added.
Martinez and Grayston welcomed their bundle of joy on Feb. 2 via water birth at the Natural Birth Center in Los Angeles.
Martinez shared stunning photographs of the moment she welcomed her little one into the world.
Martinezannounced her pregnancyin October, revealing that she learned that she was pregnant three months into her relationship with Leonard.
Shesaid her pregnancywas unplanned, explaining, “I was in disbelief and thought, ‘Is this really happening?'”
She continued, “I immediately called Grayston and then went across the street to the Dollar Tree and bought two more pregnancy tests. They, of course, were both positive.”
Martinez broke the news to Leonard on Father’s Day. She told PureWow, “I was crying … and said, ‘You’re going to be a dad!’ We hugged, and it was the first time we really got to be overjoyed. We were finally able to celebrate and soak up all of that emotion.”
