After picking up her firstGrammy Awardat 2019’s ceremony — in the best rap album category, forInvasion of Privacy— the musician and mother of one, 26, came home to perhaps an even bigger surprise.
Ina video she sharedlate Sunday night of daughterKulture Kiariin a walker,Cardi Bcan be seen getting emotional with her hand over her mouth after her daughter clearly says the word “mama.”
“After a week of only saying papa !She saying mama! Happy 7 months Kulture ! We love you,” the rapper captioned the clip, tagging husbandOffset, sisterHennessy Carolinaand the latter’s partnerMichelle Melo.

Just two months after news that the paircalled it quitsamid acheating scandal, reunitedCardi Band Offset put on quite the PDA spectacle on the Grammys red carpet.
Cardi B— dressed in ashow-stopping pink and black Mugler designwith an elaborate waistline and pearls wrapped around her neck and hair — and the Migos rapper, 27, posed for photographers at Los Angeles’ Staples Center before leaning in to share a lick.
The “Bodak Yellow” hitmaker laterpulled her husband onstage as she accepted her award, thanking Kulture “because when I found I was pregnant, my album was not complete … we was like, ‘We have to get this album done so we can shoot these videos while I was still not showing,’ and it was very long nights.”

Late in the evening, Offset revealed therelease date of his upcoming solo albumand accompanying documentary, sharing a video montage of himself in the recording studio, FaceTiming with his son, performing onstage — and being in the room during the July 10 birth of Kulture.
In the latter clip, shown at the end of the montage, Offset stood behindCardi B’s shoulders as she gave birth, looking concerned as his wife yelled out in pain and threw her head back.
Another angle showed him wearing a white hoodie while standing near the hospital room door, looking wide-eyed in shock before the camera zoomed in dramaticallyand the video revealedthe release date: Feb. 22.
