You see , New London is an older whaling city that honored its inheritance with a lovely heavyweight - themed fountain . The outflow shower body of water down on anyone willing to pass underneath it on a red-hot summertime Clarence Shepard Day Jr. . The town expected the fountain to become a play place for children , but , rather , it turned into a watering hole for vagrants .
accord to complaints , a mathematical group of unsavory the great unwashed have been using the Whale Tail to shower and relieve themselves . The urination has drive so unsound that the metropolis has closed the fountain indefinitely . It will keep the Whale Tail closed until they figure out a way to keep the good people in and the bad people out . possibly they should establish some ofthese hooksnearby and hire this guy to watch therecorded footage ..
