The seventies was a bad decennium for America . As we saw in the 2d episode ofpaleofuture.tv , many people were predictingapocalypse . But in 1976 , it seems Americans were dictated to hold their head up high and celebrate200 yearsof a country that was experiencing some major growing pains . If there ’s one affair Americans have sex how to do well , it ’s throw a party . And the U.S. Bicentennial was supposed to be one hell of a party .
On July 4 , 1976 newspaper all across America dedicated special segment to the chronicle and time to come of the area . The Grand Prairie Daily News inGrand Pairie , Texasinvited lector to write letters to the the great unwashed of 2076 , who would presumably be celebrating theUnited States Tricentennial . Today we have some of those letters from mellow school students of the year 1976 . What ’s passably readable in translate the missive is that even most high schooling kid were n’t very affirmative about what the next hundred years had in store for them .

In the yr 2076 , the world will be far forwards in space travel and New technalogy . There will be space flights to other planets .
Machines will take over , modern human will become a aliveness blobb .
California will not be on the map and the weather will exchange through out the world .
Hungar will strike Asia and Europe . The civilization of 2076 will depend upon the contaminated sea waters for solid food .
Nuclear enery will supply our needs .
universe control will be put into affect . The humanity will be over populous .
schoolhouse wll be tv programs . This may all seem curious to you but I remember a time when space locomotion was all just a dream .

In a hundred year I cerebrate the world will be overpopulate and people will have to be in apartments to accomodate for this . Everything will be able to be recycled and what little that ca n’t will be charge out into space .

Many things will change some estimable some bad . But most of all I hope that the people of the year 2076 still sleep with and protect the United States and what it stands for . This world is tough , but I am glad to be born in a plaza such as America were I can say what I please .

I believe 100 years from now , ( “ 1976 ” ) the year I graduate , offence will be wiped out completely . There will be some sort of magnetized force theater to stop anyone from doing something illeagle .
Someday in the hereafter I trust the world will not necessitate army ’s , but I doubt that daylight will come . There will be new weapons being build all the time . I sense that the war will be fight button wars not on the battefield with hand - to - hand scrap .
We probably have travel to new planets and had started newfangled colony . Concerts and music is something important in my lifespan , but I doubt it will be in the future .
I hope the earth is at peace , and I wish well all of you Americans the best of luck .

I ’m hypothesise to write what I mean the earth will be like in 100 year . Well , honestly , I doubt if the world will even be . The earth will belike destroy itself by then with a atomic war .
The people of today just ca n’t get along together , or even seem to be trying . But if by some miracle , and it would be a miracle , man still exists 100 years from now , I ’m skip the world will be a peaceful place . Maybe man will have learned to live in harmony with nature . Instead of polluting the air and sea . Maybe all the countries of the world will demolish their weapons and know their fellow man . This would be a majuscule accomplisment and I ’m wish you all the fortune in the world .
