Sunshine , beach , alligators , a Taylor Swift song . affair are equally agitate at Universal Studios , especially because it has its super pop Halloween Horror Nights events happening this workweek . Universal ’s site also offer this chip of optimism which Disney does not : “ We previse a full reopening of our destination , including Halloween Horror Nights , on Friday , Oct. 11 at our normal operating hours pending the consequence of violent storm impact . ” The violent storm is certainly to have an impact as all report are that it may be one of the most powerful , destructive hurricane in recent memory . The brunt of it , however , will be further west in the res publica . Which is why the parks are proceed to open at all .

Weather is ever alter though , and never ever predictable , so both Disney and Universal cheer anyone who is already at their car park , or planning to come , to keep an oculus on official channels to see if anything changes . We hope everyone — not just in Orlando , but all over the affected region — stay put safe .
