Global heating affects all of us , but that does n’t signify it ’ll unite the public . If anything , it ’ll split the planet in two : Storms in the northerly cerebral hemisphere will follow a very different figure than storms in the southerly hemisphere .
Paul O’Gorman , at MIT ’s Department of Earth , Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences , noticed that the inviolable wind that help make storms were where the warming come in the atmosphere . Low warming means intense storm . Warming higher up creates milder violent storm . He used data collected between 1981 and 2000 to extrapolate what storms would look like , once the planet starts heating up .
It looks like the southerly cerebral hemisphere will be run into punishing and long , all year around . tempest there will see an increase in intensity , regardless of the season . The northern hemisphere will get mild summertime , with less summer storm , and harsher wintertime .

If you think this sounds like a good deal for the northern hemisphere , think again . low-spirited winds will leave northerners stewing in their own wastefulness . O’Gorman excuse in the press outlet .
There would be less apparent motion of air to forbid the buildup of pollutants in the atmosphere . . . . Likewise , unattackable storms year - round of drinks in the Southern Hemisphere would lead to warm winds over the Antarctic Ocean , which would touch sea circulation . Because the ocean circulation redistribute heat throughout the world ’s oceans , any change could impact the global climate .
It ’s poetic , a compounding of sleeping in the bed we ’ve made , and having nowhere left to hide . But it ’s not ease . At least , with enough data , global warming is becoming the ogre we know .
