The actress — known for her roles onPower Rangers Lost Galaxyand as a mother of seven on Disney Channel’sStuck in the Middle— has given birth to a son namedNicola Vincent Apollo Estes, her rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.
“Love at first sight, yes, but truer and deeper than any words can describe,” she continues. “We feel so blessed to have a son and know a love like this.”

“Nicola was my great-grandfather’s name on my father’s side, from Italy, and I always thought it was so beautiful,” Vincent tells PEOPLE. “Plus, my middle name is Nicole,so that felt meaningful too. We are using my last name, Vincent, as his first middle name.”
“Apollo is his second middle name, which has special significance to Mike’s 16-year-old daughter’s name,” she continues. “We love the Greek-mythology meaning — plus Mike’s a bigRockyfan.”
