On Wednesday, the actress, 24, postedphotoson Instagram from her and her husbandSteven Piet’s Los Angeles ceremony, which took place about two weeks before their September 2023wedding celebration in Mallorca. In the post’s caption, King revealed some of the fun details of the casual L.A. nuptials.
“For Valentine’s Day I thought I’d share this rager of a memory. August 19th 2023. Steven and I legally had to get married in the states before our September wedding in Mallorca,” she wrote, before explaining that even though it wasn’t their big dream wedding, they still wanted to make the day memorable.
“Obviously we wanted it to be a bit of a party,” she continued. “So we got some sickeningly hot outfits, gathered family (my mom made me a bouquet from the dollar store), hit up a place called Same Day Marriage in Los Angeles, and went bowling and partied.”
She ended the message, “Happy Valentines Day you babes!!!”

King and Piet — who met while filming the 2019 Hulu seriesThe Actandgot engagedin February 2022 — said “I do” all over again on Sept. 2 at La Fortaleza, a historic fortress high on a hill in Mallorca. They invited 100 family members and friends to witness them exchange handwritten vows with each other amid the stunning Spanish scenery.

Just like their L.A. wedding, the Mallorca nuptials ended with a little fun and spontaneity.The Kissing Boothstar toldElite Dailyin December that she and Piet jumped into the pool during their reception — while still wearing their formal wedding attire.
“It was not planned because we were already having a pool party the next day," she recalled. “I have never danced harder in my life than at my wedding. My husband and I got so hot, so sweaty. You know that heat where you can start to feel your heartbeat in your face? I was that hot.”
King even had the foresight to alert their wedding photographer so that the moment could be captured for posterity.
“I knew the photographers would want to know, so I told them we were going for it. Then, we just jumped in, and it was the most fun because so many people joined us in their fancy dresses,” she told Elite Daily. “It was the most romantic moment to me. It was so spontaneous, and it felt like such a movie, honestly.”
