Katy Perryhas just one wish for her birthday this year.
As she turned 39 on Wednesday, the singer said that she was hoping for “peace.”
“I know what I’m wishing for, I’m wishing for peace,’ she added as she blew out her candles.
The “Firework” singer, who shares daughterDaisy Dove, 3, with her fiancéOrlando Bloom, went on to reveal that she was celebrating her big day with her family, but was keeping things “so low-key.”

However, when it comes to her big 4-0 next year, the star says she’s going all out. “For 40, I already planned three years ago,” she toldET. “I’m asking for it all!”
Birthday wishes also flooded in from her famous friends, includingKim Kardashian,Lauren SánchezandParis Hilton, who shared asweet tributealongside a carousel of clips and snaps of the pair together.
