In addition to the denial, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Dianna Gould-Saltman dissolved the woman’s temporary restraining order, PEOPLE confirms. The woman, a 27-year-old from San Diego, has alleged that Bauer choked her unconscious while they were having sex and then punched her without consent on the second of two intimate encounters....
